Myleene Klass has shared footage of her monthly home fire drill routine, which sees her children crawling on all-fours whilst being blindfolded as they learn about safety.
The mother-of-three, 44, recently released a practical guide book titled They Don't Teach This at School, with her having further shared advice on social media platforms.
This includes a video tutorial on teaching children about fire safety, with the former Hear'Say member demonstrating her family's routine in a post previously uploaded on TikTok.
She re-shared the video on Instagram just a few weeks ago, with it showing her three children taking part in their monthly home fire drill whilst being blindfolded.
The video tutorial - which was originally posted in 2020 - shows her children Ava, now 14, Hero, now 11, and Apollo, now two, showcasing her advice to her followers.
Introducing her advice, Myleene states: "Practice fire drills at home at least once a month. Talking about fires with children is scary but roleplay it so they know what to do."
She suggested making it into a "learning game," with the tutorial showing the singer and her kids crawling along the floor in their home, as they simulate escaping a real fire.

Myleene said: "They won't be able to see through the smoke [so to practice] get your children to wear blindfolds." She added that they should additionally learn to "stay low."
Her other advice includes planning different exit options in case using the front door isn't appropriate and telling kids not to hide under beds as it can be harder to find them.
She opened up about the routine to Carol Vorderman, 61, last week during an appearance on BBC Radio Wales in promotion of her new book - released earlier this month.
"I feel very strongly about empowering children to know what to do if there's a fire. There's fire drills at school, at work, but no one really does them in their house," she said.
Myleene confirmed that her family do the drill "once a month and change the exits," with her adding that her children like the "problem solving side" of such activities.
The musician explained during the recent interview that she provides her children with different scenarios, such as asking them how they would get out from the bathroom.
Her new book, They Don't Teach This at School: Essential Knowledge to Tackle Everyday Challenges, is available now.
