Myleene Klass has shared an incredibly emotional post to mark Baby Loss Awareness Week.
The former Hear'Say singer, 44, took to Instagram to mark the week by sharing a selection of gorgeous photos with her 'rainbow son' Apollo.
The much-loved star has long been open about the loss of her four unborn children, who she lost through four miscarriages.
Myleene has once again bravely spoken out about her devastating experiences, insisting while she has three children, she is a mum-of-seven.
Taking to her Instagram on Sunday, Myleene shared a heartfelt post about as she reached out to other women who have been through the same trauma.
Before making her way to this year's BAFTA CYMRU Awards in Wales, Myleene shared a close embrace with her son Apollo.
Alongside the snap, the proud mum penned: "On the day that marks the start of Baby loss awareness week, I get one last hug from my son before I leave for the BAFTA's. My documentary, Myleene Klass: Miscarriage and Me has been nominated and in Ava's words, win or lose, we won.
"Apollo is out rainbow baby. Four babies have gone before him. In the time I have campaigning for better miscarriage care for women and their families, I discovered something called Microchimerism. In short, the cells of every baby you carry are transferred into your own body and for those who go on to have their rainbow baby, into them as well.
"When I hug my son, I hug them all. Each day, I literally carry my lost babies in my heart. In my body. They never leave you. I get a huge amount of peace knowing this."
Myleene went on: "I promise to continue my work campaigning for better miscarriage care for women and their families. To break the 3 miscarriage rule, the lack of data, the lottery postcode and absence of aftercare.
"In breaking the last taboo, may we one day all awake from the nightmare of baby loss and miscarriage, until then, we continue to call for change, holding our babies in our hearts till we can hold them in our arms."
Myleene has called for more open and honest conversations around pregnancy loss, with women having to have three miscarriages in a row before it is considered a medical issue.
She says that while doctors might not include it on a woman's medical records, a miscarriage is a form of trauma.
