'My weight was ruining my holidays - how I've slimmed from size 20 to a trim 14'

Royal Mail worker Lynn Walker loves nothing more than her campervan holidays.

But the 57-year-old started suffering from knee pain, which made it hard for her to walk and would spoil her holidays.

Now Lynn, from Manchester, has shed three stone and dropped from a size 20 to a size 14, she has never been fitter and is about to take on paddleboarding.
