Everyone has different tastes when it comes to baby names, and sometimes the name you pick for your child can cause upset among other members of your family - even if it seems to be a perfectly innocent moniker.
And one mum has found out the hard way that she and her sister don't see eye-to-eye when it comes to names because her sibling has flatly refused to call her niece by her real name, opting instead to use a variety of options that are similar but not quite right.
The mum explained her daughter's name is Rosie, but her sister views the name as a nickname rather than a legal one, so whenever she picks up personalised gifts for her niece, she buys ones with names such as Rose, Rosemary, and Rosalie printed on the front - despite none of them being the child's name.
