My post-work stress routine has been using this foot massager every day for two weeks

What better way to wind down after a busy work day than with a glass of wine, a foot massage and something on Netflix. There are certain products you just have to try and not rely on your partners massages and one brand has created a product which gives you a salon worthy, intense massage in the comfort of your own home.

A foot massager is a little pricey, but I can't tell you enough, they are worth it. When the opportunity was given to me to try the Renpho Foot Massager I didn't think too much into it, I got the order and got straight into trying to fit it into my daily routine.

First of all, I wanted to make sure I used it daily to test the real benefits. As stated by Renpho, the foot massager is supposed to "improve the blood flow, relieve chronic foot pain from plantar fasciitis, and help with neuropathic foot numbness."

With that information, I knew it would be a product I needed to use pretty consecutively to see any real results. For the next two weeks I used the Renpho product every night after dinner between 6-9pm when I was winding down after work. I must admit, when first adjusting the settings, it is really telling on what you can tolerate. I, for instance, had to use the foot massager on the lowest kneading setting, while my friends preferred the hardest setting.

My friend referred to the lower intensity settings as "ticklish" bizarrely, but I couldn't stomach it on the highest, it really is a personal preference. But, at least you have the option to alter your experience. It's an incredible product, especially if you train like I do. It helps me to settle after the gym, with cross training and yoga being part of my daily routine every other day I am really enjoying using it to relax my muscles.

The heat setting is not too hot either which is great, but I would have preferred it a little hotter. Other than that, I don't have a bad thing to say about its functions. If you struggle with circulation, or like me need to unwind in the evenings a little more, this is a great product.

It's pricey for a massager, but rather than go to your local masseuse every other week for a £30-£40 massage, it's a steal. You can pick one up here at Amazon.
