Taking to popular forum Mumsnet, a woman admitted her rage that her neighbours are refusing to put a stop to their noisy son playing football in their flat shortly after 6am. Seeking advice, the anonymous user is questioning how to put a stop to the constant 'stomping'.
She explained: "I am sure the topic of noisy neighbours has been beaten to death on here, but this is slightly odd in that it's not an all-out war. Certainly not yet anyway."
