Kasper Schmeichel is loving life at Celtic, and has now drawn parallels between his favourite sports stars and his new club.
Speaking on former goalkeeper Ben Foster's podcast, the Denmark internationalist chatted about his career, including his current situation and what drove him to Glasgow's east end after becoming a free agent last summer.
The Celtic stopper – who is yet to experience domestic defeat since the start of the current campaign – said Brendan Rodgers played a key role in the decision, as did the club's abiding winning mentality.
"I love the fact that we come in from a win and it's expected," Schmeichel said. "Everyone is happy and buzzing and all of that, but it's like, no, this is what we do here. We win. And anything other than a win is a catastrophe.
"That's a kind of pressure I've never played under, really. So, to have that, that was the kind of thing I was looking for.
"That's why I've felt so at home from day one – that's my mentality and I've just come into a winning culture that's so ambitious and so driven. Anything other than winning, and playing well, is not accepted."

Schmeichel continued, adding that the above is unlike anything he's experienced in his playing career to date, even at 38 years old.
He added: "For me, that's such a different challenge – it's about winning and not conceding, ever. You have to be faultless in every single game. To have that kind of pressure, I just love it."
"[The appeal of Celtic] was being part of this winning machine that just keeps going and keeps going.
"My idols are the kind of guys like Tom Brady and Roger Federer, these types of guys who've been able to continue winning and winning and winning, all the time for long periods of time.
"So to come to a club who has that history, and that mentality, that was something that really appealed to me."
