MWL Slams Afghan Govt’s Decision to Deny Women Right to University Education

The Muslim World League condemned on Thursday the Afghan caretaker government’s decision to deny Afghan women and girls the right to university education.

In a statement, the MWL General Secretariat expressed its denunciation and regret at the move that contradicts the teachings of Islam and the consensus of the scholars of the Islamic nation, reported the Saudi Press Agency.
