The trial of a music teacher accused of sexually assaulting eight teenage pupils at a series of secondary schools across Central Scotland began today with a claim from one ex-pupil that the peripatetic guitar instructor had told him to relax if he was struggling with a passage by having solo sex.
Keith Jenner, 56, taught the teenager from the time he was in second year in 2017 until 2020 when the youngster left school at the start of the Covid epidemic.
The teenager, now 18, told Falkirk Sheriff Court that Jenner had made "comments about masturbation" to him "two or three times" as they sat together in the 4ft by 12ft music room at his school, which cannot be identified.
