"Hustle" is a basketball movie, and a Philly movie — but it's also a music movie.
The film, directed by South Philly native Jeremiah Zagar, stars Adam Sandler as a globe trotting scout for the Philadelphia 76ers and and Juancho Hernangomez as the Spanish streetball player he hopes will become an NBA superstar. (It's also a buddy movie.)
In "Hustle" — which starts streaming on Netflix June 8 — the story of Sandler's Stanley Sugerman and Hernangomez' Bo Cruz is told with a two-pronged musical approach.
