The final words of a father stabbed in the heart were heard in court on March 17 as his teenage killer was put behind bars.
Connor Dockerty, aged 23, was repeatedly knifed in the chest by a teenage boy, then aged 14, who cannot be named for legal reasons. The murderer, now aged 15, was handed a life sentence behind bars, with a minimum serve of 14 years.
Liverpool Crown Court heard how Mr Dockerty had stumbled into a garden in Huyton, Merseyside, bleeding from four stab wounds, but sadly his life could not be saved, as reported by Liverpool Echo.
