A man has been charged with murder following the death of Billy Moore.
Billy, 31, was killed following an incident at an address in Warrington on December 23. Emergency Services were called to Yardley Avenue in Bewsey and Whitecross following reports that a man had sustained serious injuries.
The man was taken to hospital but died a short time later. It was later revealed the victim was Billy Moore as police launched an appeal.

Cheshire Police has since confirmed that a man has been charged and will appear before the court on Boxing Day. James Ireland was arrested in connection with the incident at around 4.40pm on Saturday, December 24.
The 41-year-old, of Lodge Lane, Bewsey and Whitecross, has since been charged with murder. Ireland has been remanded in custody and is set appear at Chester Magistrates’ Court on Monday, December 26.
A 44-year-old woman who was arrested on suspicion of murder in relation to the incident has since been released on conditional bail.
