(Picture: PA Archive)A 21-year-old has been arrested on suspicion of murdering a fellow resident at an east London care home.
It marked the second such tragic killing to take place in London in the space of one night - after another man was allegedly killed by a fellow resident at a care home in Hayes shortly before midnight on Monday, in an unrelated incident.
