MUMBAI: The Mumbai Cricket Association on Wednesday announced that it will launch a new program called “MCA Knowledge Centre”. "The MCA’s vision behind launching this program is to provide world class education and training for the development of cricketing support staff.

Under this program, MCA will conduct courses for freshers who are residing within the jurisdiction of the MCA," the association said on its website.

In a first of its kind initiative by any state association in the country, the MCA has invited applications from interested candidates for 'level O' course for Anti-Corruption liaison officers', curators, coaches, umpires, match observers, scorers, Video Analysts, Physiotherapists, Strength & Conditioning Coaches and Masseurs

"This is the MCA's initiative to provide top-notch education and training for cricket support staff, aiming to cultivate new talent in the Mumbai Cricket and offer equal opportunities for all aspiring professionals," MCA secretary Ajinkya Naik told TOI.
