A mum has shared side-splitting before and after pictures of her daughter's first day at school which she says gave the entire family "a good laugh".
The images, shared with the Daily Record, show four-year-old Lyla McCullagh completely floored by all the excitement of starting her primary school journey.
Stacey McCullagh said she was "emotional but happy" to wave daughter Lyla off on her first day in primary one. But she was left in fits of giggles that afternoon when she arrived home to find the child conked out on the doorstep after the apparent draining and tiresome first day at St Mark's Primary School in Scotland.
