A TikTok mum has received thousands of likes after revealing a Christmas wrapping hack.
Laura Williams has amassed more than one million followers across TikTok and Instagram on her cleaning_at83 accounts with the mum sharing videos of various cleaning tips, hacks and mum-related content. She has a massive following, with her videos ranging from quick tips to DIY makeovers but one of her recent videos has seen a surge in views and interactions.
The TikTok star reposted one of her Christmas-themed videos from last year and before she knew it she'd had 600,000 views on the one video alone. Laura shows her followers how to wrap a present in a way that makes it quick and easy for children and adults alike to open.

In the video, Laura tapes the end of a piece of ribbon to one side of the wrapping paper, with the ribbon then wrapping itself around the present as she wraps the box. As the present is finished being wrapped, a piece of the ribbon sticks out and with one pull the present can be unwrapped without the mess of having to pull the paper apart.
The video had mixed responses with some people quick to say how amazing the hack was whereas others claimed it took the fun out of unwrapping presents. Kirsty praised the trick, writing: "Wow my son has autism so this will be amazing."
Leanne Jones commented: "Why take the fun away kids love ripping wrapping paper just leave them to it."
Another person said they like to make the experience harder for the people unwrapping the presents. They wrote: "Am I the only one that adds loads of tape to make it more difficult?"
