A mum says her 13-year-old son had his passport application 'cancelled' just two weeks before a family holiday.
Lucy Thompson claims it was 'withdrawn' as she travelled to a fast track appointment, reports YorkshireLive.
She described feeling like an 'inconvenience' by staff at the Passport Office after many hours were spent trying to tackle the problem.
