Mum's fury as school asks parents to pay £9 for children's artwork

Furious parents of a primary school have complained at being asked to pay to take home artwork created by their own children.

The Co-op Academy Glebe in Fenton, Stoke-on-Trent, is set to put on an exhibition of drawings and paintings created by the youngsters.

Once finished they have the opportunity to buy their children’s framed work for £9 each to take home, with proceeds going towards boosting funds.
