A mum has revealed how her daughter looked like 'Salad Fingers' in her baby scan - leaving her 'scared' of what she'd look like when the 'demon child' was born. Jade Boyland had hoped for the traditional shot of the baby's side profile to share with friends and family during her 20-week scan.
But the mum was horrified when she spotted what appeared to be a tiny hunched figure staring into the 'camera' with enormous eyes and long claw-like fingers - just like the notorious green cartoon character. The 28-year-old said the sonographer burst out laughing at the bizarre image and then quickly explained that everything appeared fine.
Reassured that all was well and it was simply caused by her facing outwards, Jade jokingly dubbed Lydia Elwood her 'demon child'. The health care assistant claims her now seven-year-old 'sassy' daughter's personality matches the nickname. After sharing the scary snap on her Facebook page, Jade said friends and family had a good laugh.
