A mum who was told her newborn baby "wouldn't be here in 48 hours" is telling her beautiful daughter's story as she raises awareness of a rare genetic condition which took her life.
Nancy Jo Anne Rogers defied medics expectations time and time again and lived a "perfect" yet devastatingly short life.
The baby girl was born with Smith-Lemli-Opitz syndrome which is a condition which affects multiple body systems, including the internal organs, growth and intellectual development, facial features, fingers and toes, Teesside Live reports.
