Helen Flanagan has shared how her friend has gone to stay with her after sharing a tired selfie on Instagram. The actress, who starred in Coronation Street, posted the black and white image to her Instagram Story as she told her fans and followers that she'd had an 'emotional weekend'.
Posting the image of her resting under a blanket, Helen, who is famed for playing Rosie Webster in the ITV soap, typed: "Never done this for a such a long time but today I let myself sleep for most of the day while Charlie was at nursery and the girls were at school."
She added: "Still have lots to do but felt emotional this weekend and just tired. Defo hormonal." Helen, who has three children daughters Matilda, seven, and Delilah, four and a one-year-old son Charlie - with Bristol Rovers footballer Scott Sinclair, then shared a follow-up.

This time the Bury-born star could be seen posing in the mirror of her new marble bathroom. She was wrapped up in a dressing gown and had scraped her new blonder locks into a bun on the top of her head. "Feeling so much better for it and one of my closest friends has come to stay with me."
Back in November Helen shared how she suffers 'emotional outbursts' before telling of her 'irritation' and people who are 'mean to mums'. She took to her Instagram Story to chat to her loyal followers as she had a quiet moment at home. She appeared fresh-faced in the video, donning a pair of black-rimmed glasses and a pink zip-up jacket while her blond locks were pulled back into a bun. Helen shared how she was laying in bed and admitted to being 'tired' as a busy mum-of-three.
"I've just had my period so that probably explains some of my mood," she said. "I'm quite good at controlling my emotions. I keep quite busy but I always have emotional outbursts when I'm due on." She then went on to get something off her chest that had been on her mind. "Long story short, but I was really annoyed last week because... I won't go into too much detail but basically, I hate it when mums are made to feel uncomfortable.
"I didn't have Matilda young, but young-ish, and I've always gone everywhere with my kids like flown with them, trains, hotels, restaurants... I've always just gone wherever I want to go." The 32-year-old went on: "And I just don't like it when you get people basically being rubbish towards you because you've got kids and you're a mum. I'm just babbling but that really irritates me when people are basically just mean to mums.."
Meanwhile, Helen has since showed off the results of her recent boob job by sharing before and after images and video on Instagram. She told fans last month that she had gone under the knife to boost her confidence after noticing that her breasts had changed after breastfeeding.
She kept her surgery a secret as she felt 'nervous' telling her followers the news. Helen said she was always "really busty" but decided to take action when her boobs became "saggy" after nursing her three children for three years in total.
