Mum-of-22 Sue Radford stunned at how much cash kids spend at waterpark on holiday

It's hard to think of a better way to spend a sunny day than at a sunny waterpark.

But for Britain's biggest family, it means costs rack up quickly - especially when abroad.

Sue Radford, 47, and her husband Noel, who live with 18 of their 22 children in a 10-bedroom house in Morecambe, Lancashire, have flown to Florida for a family trip.

On Instagram Stories, Sue showed the family at Volcano Bay, Universal Studio's tropical-themed water park.

And while it looks like the children had a great time - the mum was left shocked at the sky-high prices for food at the theme park.

She shared a story of her 16-year-old daughter Ellie returning from buying the family lunch.

On Instagram, she said: "Ellie went to get us all some food and used my Apple Pay. She came back and said ‘mum I’m in shock’.

"$17.50 for a hot dog - yep it’s very expensive to eat in the parks. No Ellie didn’t just get one hot dog for those asking.

“We got pizzas, salad and quite a few hot dogs. Ellie was just shocked at the prices of them. Think she was glad she wasn’t picking up the bill.”

Alongside the waterpark, the family have also taken a trip to Disney World and enjoyed the pool at their swanky villa.

Sue told her fans about the trip on YouTube where she confessed to "doing something impulsive".

She said: "I did something very impulsive on Monday. We were going to take a holiday in October-time.

"But high school only get one week off and primary get two weeks off in October, which would have meant we would have had to take the kids out of high school for a week, which we didn’t want to do.

"Anyway, we’ve booked it for next month.

"Absolutely crazy, because we’ve got three weeks to get everything organised but we just kind of took the opportunity to book it for April because there are two weeks in April that they get off, rather than doing it in October.

"So I took the plunge and booked it. Anyway, I now need to get organised!"

Sue and Noel are the parent's of Britain's biggest family with a whopping 22 children.

Sue, 47 and Noel, 51, are parents to Chris, 32, Sophie, 28, Chloe, 26, Jack, 24, Daniel, 23, Luke, 21, Millie, 20, Katie, 19, James, 18, Ellie, 16, Aimee, 15, Josh, 14, Max, 13, Tillie, 11, Oscar, 10, Casper, nine, Hallie, six, Phoebe, five, Archie, four, Bonnie, three, and Heidie, one.
