A mum who managed to shed more than 130lbs in less than twelve months now looks 20 years younger.
26-year-old Kimberly Nestorick weighed more than 300lbs, or 21 stone, and for numerous years found it difficult to lose weight.
But after taking her four-year-old daughter Everly Rose on a family day out last July, she was left "mortified" by her size in photos.
Her weight has "always been a battle" and previously she only succeeded in losing 50lbs before putting the weight back on.
She was insecure and dissatisfied so she invested her all into make a change.
By exercising six days a week and having healthy food habits Kimberly has lost 130lbs, or 9 stone, since the summer of 2021.
Once she noticed a real change in her body she began posting inspiring videos about the good and bad sides of her weight loss.
The online reaction overwhelmed Kimberly - people thought she was at least 40 years old in her before pictures and called her journey 'aging backwards'.
To shed weight, Kimberly cut down on her fast food habit, as she was ordering food to her house almost every single night.
She switched to healthier versions of meals she loved to make, to ensure she was in a calorie deficit.
As a single mum, she struggled to find time to herself to exercise, but increased her steps by going for twice-daily walks with her daughter.
She also asked her mum to babysit three nights a week so she could go to the gym.
Kimberly now goes to the gym six times a week and has no plans to stop her transformation.
Kimberly, who is a Twitch Content Creator from Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania said her weight loss has made her feel more confident than ever before.
She said: "After having Everly and then the Covid lockdowns, I gained over 100lbs and didn't even notice how big I was.
"I was an emotional eater and I would tend to turn to food when I was stressed or upset.
"After seeing myself in those pictures I knew I needed to get healthy - for myself and for my daughter.
"I feel healthier and happier. I recently visited a ride in an amusement park that just last year I was too big to ride - it was so embarrassing.
"Now I can go on rides and participate in things with my daughter that I never could have before."
Her dating life has also been boosted as men now give her positive attention, and she more interest than previously.
Kimberly wanted to share her journey on TikTok but was too embarrassed to show herself to the world when she was at her biggest.
She never imagined that two million people would see her video, let alone be so kind and encouraging.
She said: "For a long time, I had given up on the idea that I would ever be at a healthy weight but here I am now, 130lbs lighter and feeling better than ever before.
"The response is what keeps me motivated to continue on with my health journey. I want people to know that if I can do this, they can too.
"You won't see changes overnight, or even for a long time, but with consistency, you will wake up one day and be a completely different, better version of yourself.
"If I could finally do this for myself after struggling my entire life, then I know anyone can."
Kimberly plans to lose another 40-50lbs (2-3st) and eventually get excess skin removal surgery but emphasised that she doesn't want to focus too much on the future.
She said: "I got to this point by focusing on the day ahead of me and taking each day as they come so I want to maintain that."
