Lauren Goodger has admitted she's experiencing "mixed feelings" as she prepares to go on her first night out since her daughter Larose's birth.
Former The Only Way Is Essex star Lauren, 35, welcomed her one-year-old daughter in July last year.
Then, just eight weeks after Larose's birth, Lauren fell pregnant with her second child – who tragically died shortly after she was born last month.
Lauren has experienced immense heartache after the loss of her second child, who she named Lorena, but has been taking small steps to "find me again" – including treating herself to Botox and filler.
Now, Lauren is taking another step in her healing journey as she is heading on a night out to celebrate her pal's 30th birthday this weekend.
Ahead of Lauren's first night out in two years the star posted a video of her daughter Larose crawling on the floor as she opened up on her mixed emotions.
The clip shows Larose crawling across the floor to Lauren's mother, Cheryl, who then leans down to play with the tot before giving her a big cuddle.
Writing on top of the footage, Lauren confessed: "I've never been to a party or our and left Larose before
"But it's come to that time where I have to start socialing... [sic]
"She is now over 1 year and I'm not pregnant anymore after 2 years haha".
The former TOWIE star then explained: "Nanny is baby sitting so I can relax as she used to her and I wouldn't be going if it wasn't my best mates 30th!!
"I'm feeling mixed feelings but I know it's healthy it's her bedtime in 5 hours away loll but I can't wait to get home already miss her".
Lauren then posted a pouty selfie after doing her makeup and told her fans by writing on top: "I've waited for this day that I can do my make up properly!!!!
"I was a mess when pregnant now my skin body and glow is coming back! Make up goes on so much better".
After glamming herself up, Lauren then posted a snap of her pink Chanel handbag resting on her lao as she sat in the back of a car.
Then, as Lauren arrived at the venue, she shared a video clip of the decorated venue complete with a glittering wall, dance floor small drinks tables and a table tennis table, too.
As she shared the video, Lauren wrote "how cool" on top on the clip.
It comes after Lauren revealed she felt "broken" as she announced her second child's tragic death last month.
Lauren penned a heartbreaking statement on Instagram, which began with: "R.I.P 08.07.22 she was the most beautiful healthy baby I’ve ever seen just like her sister @babylarose.x … words can’t describe as a mother losing your baby that I carried for all these months perfectly and gave birth too for my angel to be taken from me".
