A mum and her young son had their holiday ruined when her suitcase never arrived - and she's still waiting for it three weeks later.
Angela Gill, 42, flew to Reus, Spain from Manchester Airport with her six-year-old son Jack and mum on June 7. But her luggage never arrived ans she still hasn't been reunited with her case despite returning to the UK on June 21.
Angela, from Teesside, has hit out at both TUI and Manchester Airport. and told The Mirror that TUI gave her a one-off of £75 for compensation but it doesn't make up for the £215 she had to fork out in clothes, new medication and toiletries, she says.
