Mum given year to live after suffering cramp in leg while driving

A mum was given heartbreaking news after suffering painful cramps while driving.

Louise Chambers was on a family holiday when she said her leg "felt a bit heavy on the clutch". The 43-year-old described the sensation as a painful cramp, reports LancsLive.

The mum returned home a day early from her holiday, rang the doctors and got an appointment to be seen straight away. When she described her symptoms to the GP, they believed she had suffered from a "mini stroke" and she was transferred to the hospital.
