A mum-of-two was shocked and angered to discover a mystery car parked on her driveway five days ago and no power to move it.
Debbie Flynn and her partner Leon awoke to discover the Silver Vauxhall Mokka had been parked next to her garage just off of Outmore Road, Garrett's Green in Sheldon, neighbouring Birmingham International Airport.
Debbie phoned West Midlands Police, who confirmed the vehicle wasn't stolen, but was left baffled when they told her they were powerless to move it as it is a civil rather than a criminal matter.
