A mum stole items from Lidl and House of Fraser to fund her drug use, a court heard. Danielle Watson, 39, of Blackstone Walk, The Meadows, helped herself to bottles of perfume from House of Fraser in Nottingham on April 3 this year.
The perfume, worth £180, was recovered - but she re-offended the same day, stealing a water jet flosser and battery charger, worth £32.32, from Lidl, in Wilford Lane, West Bridgford.
Watson was detained by staff and police were called. She said she stole to fund her drug use, Nottingham Magistrates' Court heard on Tuesday (May 2). Watson, who has three children, was bailed but failed to attend court.

The court was told her last substantive offence was six years ago. These offences were described as a "temporary blip".
She lost her house, her rent arrears built up, but she now has accommodation.
She pleaded guilty to two charges of theft - receiving a fine of £100 for stealing from House of Fraser and £60 for the theft from Lidl. A fine of £50 was imposed for failing to surrender to court, and a victim surcharge was imposed of £84.
