Mum faces new charges over alleged fake cancer scam

A mother accused of faking her six-year-old son's cancer diagnosis to raise money is now facing dozens more charges, while her husband has had his charges dropped.

Both parents appeared in Adelaide Magistrates Court on Wednesday.
