A shopper has explained how to get hold of the £1.50 boxes stuffed full of food you can sometimes find in Lidl as she showed off her huge haul. Mum-of-two Arja Vapola shared pictures of her huge haul of fresh fruit and vegetables on Facebook, and explained how everyone can get one for themselves.
Lidl launched boxes of Too Good To Waste food in 2019, selling fresh fruit and vegetables that needs to be used up, is 'wonky' or is in other ways surplus to requirements, reports MEN.
Arja attracted hundreds of comments when she showed off how much she got in the £1.50 box she picked up - stuffed with mushrooms, potatoes, onions, lettuce, grapes, peppers, blueberries, tomatoes, spring onions, courgettes and oranges as well as other fresh produce.
