A beloved mum tragically died after her family weren’t told that the device which could have saved her was just a few hundred yards away.
Sharon Beales went into cardiac arrest when surrounded by relatives at her home, earlier this year.
The 56-year-old was surrounded by her family, but none of them were told by the 999 call handler that the machine which could’ve saved her was less than 200 yards away, BerkshireLive reported.
