Mum devastated as developer 'keeps her deposit' and pulls out of house sale

A mum has been left raging with anger after a developer pulled out of her house sale and she claims they have also kept her £2,000 deposit too.

Mum Julie Nicol is also out another £7,000 she forked out for the planned fixtures and fittings - but is yet to see any of that cash either.

She was devastated when her lawyer told her Kingston Residential had withdrawn from the sale of the three-bedroom house she was due to move into.
