Five teenagers killed and child injured in crash after car driven wrong way on motorway

Five teenagers have died and four other people are seriously injured after a car travelling the wrong way down a motorway in Co Kildare was involved in a head-on collision.

Garda Commissioner Justin Kelly described the crash on the M9 as "horrific" and warned that "in some cases" vehicles are being driven on the wrong side of motorways for social media likes.
