Multi-storey Edinburgh flats planned as part of huge waterfront building project

Several blocks of modern flats could be built opposite a former casino in Edinburgh if plans are approved by the council.

After being refused several years ago, Harbour Homes have returned with revised plans for nearly 60 flats on Ocean Drive, right next to the soon-to-be-completed Trams to Newhaven route in and out of Leith.

The applicant states that 57 homes would be built, consisting of several blocks and a mixture of accommodation and tenure, as well as associated infrastructure.
