Michigan State football has extended a scholarship offer to a big-time Midwest quarterback prospect in the 2027 class.
Trae Taylor of Mundelein, Ill. announced on Saturday that he’s received an offer from the Spartans. He was one of many prospects who attended Spartan Dawg Con this weekend.
Taylor is a highly-recruited prospect in the 2027 class. He’s currently unranked on 247Sports, but will surely be a highly-touted prospect by the end of his recruiting cycle.
Taylor holds offers from more than 20 schools at this time, according to 247Sports. Other notable programs to offer Taylor includes Colorado, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Miami (FL), Michigan, Minnesota, NC State, North Carolina, Ohio State, Ole Miss, Vanderbilt and West Virginia.
I have been invited to @MSU_Football campus sense I was in 5th grade. First school to invite me to prospect camps in 6th grade. I’m beyond honored to have been offered by MSU thank you @Coach_Lindgren and @ColeMoore1991 for all the time you spent with me today. Thank you… pic.twitter.com/x0p0m1joBA
