Michigan State basketball could be adding an elite prospect to its 2025 class this week.
Five-star small forward Jalen Haralson of La Porte, Ind. announced on Monday that he’s down to only three schools he’s considering, with an official announcement of his decision coming on Wednesday. Haralson’s final three includes Michigan State, Indiana and Notre Dame.
Haralson ranks as the No. 2 small forward and No. 13 overall prospect in 247Sports’ composite rankings for the 2025 class. He’s also listed as the top player from Indiana in the class.
Haralson recently took an official visit to Michigan State, and following the visit he canceled his remaining visits. He also has visited Indiana and Notre Dame recently. At this time, there is no indication of who is leading for Haralson’s commitment on 247Sports.
