Michigan State basketball remains outside the top 25 in the latest USA TODAY Coaches Poll.
The updated coaches rankings were released on Monday, and the Spartans picked up one lone vote in the updated poll. Michigan State picked up a pair of wins last week and are 7-4 overall on the season.
A handful of Big Ten teams cracked this week’s rankings — including Purdue who is the new No. 1 team in the country. Others ranked from the Big Ten were Indiana (No. 16), Maryland (No. 17), Illinois (No. 19), Ohio State (No. 21) and Wisconsin (No. 23).
