Mrs Hinch has posted an emotional video online explaining the family issues behind her recent absence from social media. It comes after the influencer revealed she had been dealing with some "personal life stumbles".
In the latest clip, posted to her Instagram account, Mrs Hinch - Sophie Hinchliffe - said her dad and her grandmother are in hospital and her eldest son Ronnie was having "a few different assessments". The 33-year-old, famous for offering cleaning tips, is mum to Ronnie, three, and two-year-old Lennie whom she shares with her husband Jamie Hinchliffe.
Speaking to the camera, she said "this is not a 'woe is me' situation" but she just wanted to "catch up" with her 4.7 million followers, The Mirror reports. She said: "So, my dad is in hospital at the moment.
"My dad has never been blessed, shall we say, with fantastic health, from his chest, his lungs, his heart. He's always struggled."
Sophie then spoke about how, when her dad retired, she made him a workshop when she and her family moved into their £1m "forever home" farmhouse, which they filled with wood and tools so he "could live this dream that he's had since he was a little boy."
She said her dad was in "very safe hands" in hospital and praised the "incredible" nurses who were caring for him. "So I'm hoping dad will be home one day this week and can really enjoy doing what he loves doing again. I just want him to be happy," she said.
Mrs Hinch added: "My nan is also in hospital. Guys bless her heart she's had a fall. I know for a fact with my nan this affects her quite a lot mentally. The thought of having a fall.
"When you get older you worry more. Having loved ones in hospital is just not nice. It's just a worry, it's just something that you never want."
Then, holding back tears, she said: "Jamie and I have been going through a few different assessments, a few different processes with our Ron at the moment. As parents, we are going through... we're just navigating our way through things at the moment ourselves."
