Instagram star Mrs Hinch admits she's 'worried sick' about her kids when she puts them to bed.
The cleaning guru, real name Sophie Hinchliffe, 32, is a proud mum to Ronnie, three, and Lennie, 15 months.
The social media queen regularly updates her fans with snaps of the adorable duo, but her latest post was slightly more candid.
Sharing a picture of her youngest son sleeping soundly, Sophie wrote: “As soon as they’re both asleep, the thoughts rush in…
“Have they eaten enough today, have they had enough to drink, are they too warm, have they smiled lots today, have we made memories today, do they know how much we love them?
"Are they happy inside?," the mum-of-two questioned.
However, despite her concerns, the influencer then joked: “Before I know it I fall asleep myself and wake up in the morning to do it all over again."
Sophie concluded her post, saying: “The most intense worry but the most incredible love I’ve ever felt in my life."
The popular figure gave birth to her first child, Ronnie, in June 2019. She then welcomed her second son, Lennie in May 2021.
Sophie shares both children with her husband, Jamie, who she married in 2018.
The star, who was bridesmaid at Stacey Solomon's wedding, recently opened up about Ronnie's sleeping disorder, which has forced her to sleep on his bedroom floor in order to keep him safe.
The clean queen was inundated with messages after posting a photo of a foam bumper on the bed of her eldest son.
Explaining why the device was necessary, Sophie said: "Ron has what's called RMD (Rhythmic Movement Disorder) and has done since he was around 13 months old.
"As Ron got bigger I found it was getting worse so I would sleep on his bedroom floor so I could stop him from accidentally hurting himself in some way because the movements and noises got so strong.
"But I found what's called a foam bed bumper on Amazon. I sit it at Ron's headboard area and it's stopped him from making contact with the hard wood so it [is] softer for him.
"It's helped so much! And now Ron is three I feel the RMD is settling very slightly. I hope this helps."
She signed off her post: "PS: For anyone that needs to hear it today... You've got this mama," followed by a white love heart emoji.
