Motorists face more than three weeks of disruption and lane closures on the A9 in Highland Perthshire as major roadworks take place.
The works, costing £1.8 million, aim to address defects in the road surface on the southbound section between Pitlochry and Ballinluig.
Works commenced yesterday (September 22) and are expected to take place over 23 days until 7pm on Friday, October 14.
