A motorbike rider was taken to hospital after a crash closed a busy road.
Merseyside Police were called to Mackets Lane in Hunts Cross at around 7.25pm on Friday, February 25 following reports of a crash.
Once at the scene, officers found a motorbike and a Mercedes car had crashed at the junction of Greenacre Road.

Police called the North West Ambulance Service and the motorbike rider was taken to hospital.
The person's injuries are not believed to be life threatening of life changing.
Police remain at the scene and a cordon has been put in place by officers.
The Mercedes driver stopped at the scene and is assisting police with their enquiries.
