MotoGP legend Valentino Rossi to test WRT's LMP2 car in Bahrain

WRT MotoGP WEC Bahrain BMW ORECA Audi Team WRT

Rossi will drive an ORECA-Gibson 07 operated by WRT on 5 November, a day after the conclusion of the 2023 WEC season with the 8 Hours of Bahrain, with the aim of competing in the championship in the future.

The LMP2 test will serve as a precursor to the Italian’s planned run in the BMW M Hybrid V8 LMDh car before the end of the year as part of his factory driver role with the German manufacturer.
