Motherwell manager Graham Alexander has vowed to always stick up for the Steelmen after a two-game touchline ban was handed to him.
The 'Well boss was sent off in last month's Premiership draw with Hibs and will now be in the stands for matches against Aberdeen and Rangers.
A decision from the Scottish FA confirmed the news and Alexander also has an additional one-match ban that has been suspended until the end of the current season.
It means any future dismissals could result in lengthier touchline bans. He's not happy with the situation, but the Fir Park boss says he's powerless in the matter.
Alexander said: "I'd rather not speak about it as I don't know what to say. It's hard.
"I am struggling with whether I can voice my opinion and make it heard without dramatic lines in the media. I am obviously not happy but I will continue to fight for my team and club.
"I'll do the best for my players but I'll leave the other side as I am not going to win. I'll keep my words and focus on thing I can affect, which is my team, club and myself."
Tomorrow's match with Aberdeen comes off the back of a calamitous week for Motherwell's opponents, who lost 2-1 at Fir Park in Scottish Cup fifth round action last weekend.
Stephen Glass has departed as boss and tomorrow's meeting will be the fourth time Alexander has met the Dons this season - winning all three previous meetings. It's been a new challenge for him since arriving in ML1 last January.
He explained: "It's different to what I am used to. But I am getting there after a year! It's understanding what it is and there's advantages and disadvantages.
"Each teams know what the other is about and their tactics. Whatever advantages you have, they are quickly cancelled out as the other team have them too.
"We try and look beyond the name by looking at what qualities they have. We look at how we want to play and that's the biggest thing for me."
