The mother of a baby who died a week after birth was failed by the NHS trust which did not make her aware of the risks involved with a natural home birth, an inquest was told.
Poppy Hope Lomas was seven days old when she died at University College Hospital, central London, on October 26 2022 following complications during a home birth her mother said she was encouraged to have.
