A teenage mother and baby were shot dead at point blank range in a “cartel-like execution” in California that left six people dead.

The gunman stood over Alissa Parraz, 16, clutching her 10-month-old son, Nycholas Nolan Parraz, and fired bullets into their heads “assassination-style”, Tulare County Sheriff Mike Boudreaux said.
