A tragic incident has shocked the community in Washington state as a mother, aged 27, is facing charges of first-degree and second-degree murder, along with assault of a child, for the brutal killing of her 4-year-old son, Ariel Garcia. According to court documents, the mother, identified as Janet Garcia, allegedly stabbed the child more than 16 times using a sharp object.
The horrifying crime came to light when police were alerted to an apartment where Janet and Ariel had been staying.
