Police are searching for these men and women for a series of alleged crimes.
Merseyside Police is asking for the public to come forward if they have any information or know the whereabouts of the people listed below.
Each individual has been subject to police appeals for information from the start of 2022.
Zowie Haygarth
Officers are looking for 37-year-old Zowie Haygarth, from Birkenhead. She is wanted on recall to prison following her release after serving a sentence for an assault.
Haygarth is described as a white woman, 5ft 2in tall, of small build with dark brown hair and blue eyes. She is known to have links to Birkenhead.
Michael Smith
Michael Anthony Smith is wanted for breaching his license conditions. The 26-year-old has links to the Birkenhead and Liverpool areas, including Sefton Park.
He is described as around 5ft, 5in tall with long black hair and blue eyes and speaks with a Liverpool accent.
Michael Johnston
Michael Johnston, 40, who served part of a prison sentence for robbery and assault, is wanted for reportedly breaching the conditions of his license.
Police are appealing for help in finding the Merseyside man who was recalled to prison on 12th April. Johnston is described as a white male, 5ft 6in tall, of proportionate build with shaved dark brown hair and brown eyes.
He is known to have links to the Knowsley and Manchester areas.
Christopher Cain
The police are appealing for help in finding a 49-year-old man from Sefton. Christopher Cain is wanted on recall to prison.
He was originally released in 2021 after serving part of a prison sentence for robbery. However he was recalled on March 30 2022 after reportedly breaching the conditions of his licence.
He is described as a white male, 5ft 7in tall, of medium build, with dark brown hair and blue eyes.
Ryan John Eustac e
A Toxteth man is wanted for breaching his license conditions. Ryan John Eustace, 29, breached his agreement following his release after serving a sentence for a drug offence.
He is described as 6ft 3in, medium build, dark brown hair and blue eyes. Eustace has links to the Toxteth area.
Jamie Mark Williams
Merseyside Police is appealing for help in finding this 38-year-old man from Sefton. Jamie Mark Williams from Melling has breached his license conditions following a sentence for possession of an offensive weapon.
He is described as 6ft 4in, blue eyes, short blond hair, medium build and has a Liverpool accent. He also has a number of distinctive tattoos on his left arm including a picture of Shankly gates, a tribal tattoo, ‘Never Walk Alone’, ‘LFC’ written in blue ink and the Liverpool Football Club crest.
On his right arm he has the Liver Bird emblem with ‘LFC’ written underneath. Williams also has links to Swansea.
Tom Hayes
Officers are trying to track down a 23-year-old man from Old Swan who failed to appear in court. Tom Hayes was charged in relation to supplying drugs.
He is described as 5ft 4in, of slim build, with blue eyes and brown hair. He has links to Huyton, Dovecot and Old Swan areas in Liverpool, and to Ingatestone and Brentwood areas of Essex.
Peter John Cameron
Peter John Cameron has breached his license conditions following his release after serving a sentence for assault. The public may know Cameron by his pseudonyms Peter Bellenger and Danny Ellams.
The 43-year-old is described as 6ft 4in, of slim build with short grey hair and brown eyes. He also has a London accent and has a scar on his right elbow.
Cameron has links to Toxteth and Walton areas, as well as Kensington and Chelsea in London and Yorkshire.
Alan Underwood
A 40-year-old man from Prescot failed to appear at Liverpool Crown Court after being charged with assault. He also failed to appear at Wirral Magistrates Court after reports of burglary and threatening behaviour.
Alan Underwood is 5ft 7in tall, of slim build, green eyes and brown hair. He has links to the Prescot and Huyton areas.
Adam Cotton
Merseyside Police is appealing for help in finding a Walton man who is wanted on a recall to prison for breaching his license. Adam Cotton, 26, broke the rules of parole after serving a sentence for assault.
He is described as 6ft 2in tall, slim build, blue eyes and short dark brown hair.
Paul Carine
A Knowsley man is wanted on a no bail warrant for assaulting an emergency worker and drug offences. Paul Carine, 29, from Halewood, failed to appear at Liverpool Crown Court on 25 February.
He is described as 5ft 5in tall, medium build, fair hair, and hazel-coloured eyes. He is thought to have links with Kirkby and North Wales.
Kastriot Plaka
Plaka is wanted on warrant for cannabis production offences. The 40-year-old failed to appear in court and a warrant has been issued for his arrest.
He is described as around 5ft 8in tall, of medium build with hazel eyes and cropped brown hair. Plaka speaks with a foreign accent.
Jonathan Southward
A Netherton man is wanted on recall to prison. Jonathan Southward was jailed for nine years in relation to firearms offences and was released on 4 September 2019. He is wanted on recall for failing to abide by the conditions of his release.
Southward has links to the Sefton area including Netherton, Formby and Southport. He is white, 6ft 0.4in tall, of medium build, with black hair and blue eyes.
Callum McCulloch
Officers are continuing to appeal for the whereabouts of Callum McCulloch. The 27-year-old is wanted by police following his release from prison due to poor behaviour and breaching his license conditions.
He is described as 5ft 10in of slim build, with blue eyes and short brown hair. McCulloch has links to Stockbridge Village and Huyton.
Glenn Luke Wibberley
Officers are appealing for help in locating a Knowsley man they would like to speak to in connection with a report of an assault. Police believe Glenn Luke Wibberley from Huyton, can help with enquiries following reports of assault, stalking and criminal damage offences which took place earlier this month.
The 35-year-old is 5ft 9in, slim build, short ginger hair and blue eyes.
Jack Norton
Officers are trying to track down a 25 year-old man who is wanted on recall to prison. Jack Norton, from St Helens, was jailed for cannabis cultivation/drug production and was released on 23rd November 2021.
He is wanted on recall for failing to abide by the conditions of his release. Norton, who also has links to the Glasgow area, is described as a white male, 6ft 2in tall, of slim build, with mousy brown hair. He has a birthmark on the side of his forehead and a tattoo with the name 'Meg' on his left arm.
John Riley
Police are appealing for help in finding a 47-year-old man who is wanted on a recall to prison for breach of his license conditions. John Riley, from Liverpool, has breached his license conditions following his release after serving a sentence for drug offences.
He is described as 5ft 6in tall, medium build, green eyes and brown but shaved hair.
Stephen William Keane
Merseyside Police is appealing for help in finding a 33 year-old man who is wanted on a recall to prison for breach of his license conditions. Stephen William Keane, of no fixed abode, has breached his license conditions following a sentence for assault and robbery offences.
He is described as 5ft 8in tall, medium build, blue eyes and short fair hair. He speaks with a combined Southern English/Irish accent, and has also used the name Joe/Joseph. He has links to Liverpool city centre, Dublin and Middlesex.
Marcus Ellison
Police are appealing for help in finding a 31 year-old man who is wanted on a no bail warrant for serious offences. Marcus Ellison, from Toxteth in Liverpool, has failed to appear at Liverpool Crown Court on 1st December 2021.
He is described as 5ft 8in tall, medium build, brown eyes and black hair.
John James Gilboy
A 36-year-old from Old Swan is wanted for breaching his license conditions following his release after serving a sentence for drug offences. James Gilboy is 5ft 10in tall and has blue eyes and shaved hair.
He has links to the St Helens, Warrington and Humberside, as well as Liverpool.
Leroy Abbey Venner
Merseyside Police is appealing for help in finding a 53 year-old man who is wanted on warrant for failing to attend court. Leroy Abbey Venner, whose last known address was on Princes Road, Liverpool, was due to attend court on 8th November 2021 in connection with robbery offences.
He is described as 5ft 8in tall, of slim build with short black / shaved hair and brown eyes. He has links to the Toxteth and Warrington areas.
Alexander Porter
Officers investigating a robbery are appealing for help in tracing a man they would like to speak to. At around 3pm on Monday 10th January a member of staff was assaulted by a male at News Factor on The Esplandade, Bootle, who then stole a quantity of cash.
Police believe the 42-year-old can help with their enquiries. He is described as a white male, 5ft 8in tall, of slim build with brown hair and green eyes.
Shumraza Khan
Police are looking for Shumraza Khan from Liverpool, who is wanted in connection with an allegation of driving whilst disqualified. Officers want to speak to 41-year-old Khan after he failed to appear at Liverpool, Knowsley and St. Helens Magistrates Court after reportedly driving while disqualified in St Helens.
Khan is described is 5ft 8in tall, of medium build, with brown eyes and black hair. He has links to the Sheffield area.
