From June 2, Britain will enjoy an extended four-day Bank Holiday weekend to mark the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee. Thousands of events are planned across the country as part of the festivities.
But many of us will be planning to get some shopping done over the long weekend, particularly those who’ll be stocking up for their Jubilee street party.

Morrisons tells The Mirror that its stores will be opening for their normal trading hours over the Bank Holiday weekend.
Morrisons outlets typically open from 6am or 7am until 10pm from Monday to Saturday, and from 10am until 4pm on Sunday.

The Platinum Jubilee Bank Holiday weekend starts on Thursday June 2, and ends on Sunday June 5.
The Bank Holiday that typically takes place in late May has been moved to June 2, with an extra Jubilee Bank Holiday on June 3 to mark the Queen's 70-year reign.
Pubs in England and Wales will be allowed to open for an extra two hours - until 1am instead of 11pm - on June 2, 3 and 4. Pubs in some parts of Scotland will also be allowed to open late, though this will depend on the local authority.
Millions of people are expected to attend street parties to mark the Platinum Jubilee, with special community events being organised throughout the UK. The Big Jubilee Lunch will take place on June 5th.
