Morrisons has launched a mega toy sale to help parents make sure they get everything they need from their kids’ wish lists without breaking the bank, this Christmas. With only three months to go until the big day, Morrisons hopes this sale will help customers spread the cost of purchasing Christmas gifts this year.
Customers can bag themselves up to 50 per cent off must-have toys this year, including L.O.L Dolls, Peppa Pig, Super Mario Kart and Hotwheels.
The sale comes after Tesco announced their up to half price toy sale yesterday, with dozens of deals for Clubcard holders. Morrisons shoppers do not need to hold a loyalty card to access these lower prices and deals.

The retailer is offering Peppa Pig’s Wooden Playhouse for £52.50, which is 50 per cent off the RRP, which is bound to be the perfect gift for fans of the cartoon character. The wooden house comes with Peppa and George wooden figures and each room is kitted out with fun features, furniture and accessories for kids to enjoy a special treat this Christmas.
For beauty fanatics and young fashionistas, customers can get Shimmer ‘n Sparkle InstaGlam On The Glo Makeup Trolley for just £47.50 down from £95.00 or Rainbow High Fashion Studio for half off at £30.00.
Customers can also bag a bargain on what experts predict to be the top selling brands this year including a Barbie Pet Supply Store or Radio Control Car, both of which are £26.50, saving over a third, or Play-Doh Colourful Cafe Playset, down to £33.
Morrisons’ toy offer is available to shop both online and in some of their 423 stores now, while stocks last.
David Catton, Toys Buyer at Morrisons, said: “We know that customers are under real financial pressure at the moment and want to help them when it comes to their Christmas shopping. We’re reducing the price of our toys now to help customers spread the cost of the festive season and tick off some important jobs.”
Other ways Morrisons is helping shoppers with living costs at the moment include offering a voucher for 5p off per litre of fuel when they spend £40 in store. The supermarket has also reduced the prices on 150 of its most popular products to help make customers’ money go further, adding a dedicated ‘More Ways to Save’ section to its website, so customers can see the latest offers available across big brands.
