Morocco have been crowned Africa Cup of Nations 2025 champions after Senegal were stripped of their title following their highly controversial walk-off in the final.
The Confederation of African Football (CAF) Appeal Board has ruled that Senegal forfeited the contest after walking into the dressing room in protest at Morocco being awarded a late penalty, actions that were described as “shameful”.
